It seems like everyone these days is talking about how women are sluts and that it's the fault of modern feminists. People (guys) love to talk about women's sexual strategy of shacking up with a guy who is a good provider while going off and hooking up with another guy while she's ovulating.

The reason so many guys get bent out of shape about this is because it's so different than what we're told growing up. We're told that we will find our one soulmate and she'll be ours forever. This isn't just pushed by Hollywood, but by our parents, families and peer groups.

Growing up, you think that marriage and family are just part of the natural progression of life. It never occurs to you (and you are never told) that you'll always run the risk of being cheated on and possibly raising another man's children.

To further complicate things, now we live in a world where women actually have just as much access to sexual partners as men do. In fact, they probably have much more thanks to social media. A girl can post provocative pictures of herself and get contacted by men from all over the world.

But instead of raging about this, I explain what a healthier attitude towards this phenomenon might be.
