Earlier tonight, video was released of Buffalo Police Officer Aaron Torgalski pushed over an elderly man whose head hit the ground, with clear blood pooling from his head. This is a horrific case of police brutality, and must be condemned by all reasonable people. The man is 75 years old, and his name is Martin Gugino.
It is also emblematic of the fact that in the George Floyd protests, the police have been the biggest cause of violence, not the protesters.
These officers should be fired and charged. The elderly man didn't trip.

Video posted on Twitter by Buffalo, New York public radio station WBFO on Thursday (June 4) shows what appears to be police officers in the city shoving a man who then collapses and bleeds from his ears.
According to a statement from Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown and tweeted by WBFO, the man is 75 years old and in stable but serious condition, and the two officers have been suspended without pay.

Shocking footage shows an elderly man being violently shoved to the ground by police in Buffalo, New York.
Blood can be seen running out the 75-year-old man’s ears after his head hit the pavement.
The incident happened shortly after a curfew imposed to curb violent protests came into effect.
Two Buffalo police officers have been suspended without pay following the episode.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo tweeted the incident was “wholly unjustified and utterly disgraceful.”
This comes as nationwide protests over the killing of George Floyd continue into their tenth night.
