So disturbing… Newly released footage shows Joliet Police SLAP and STOP Eric Lurry’s breathing as a way to get him to cough up drugs he had in his mouth. Eric died in their custody, supposedly from fentanyl-induced intoxication, but the video clearly shows POLICE MISCONDUCT.
