BLACK Lives Matter protesters fill London streets over the death of George Floyd in the US.

People gather in Parliament Square, chanting 'No Justice No Peace' in the memory of George Floyd, a black man, who died after a white police officer knelt on his neck.

The 46-year-old was handcuffed and on the ground in Minneapolis earlier this week before falling unconscious.

Video of him pinned down, which has gone viral, shows Mr Floyd begging for air saying, "please, I can't breathe" and "don't kill me".

Protests have since flared up across the US, with the movement against police brutality going global.

On Saturday afternoon protesters in London carried placards reading "solidarity" and "Black lives matter".

Some read "the UK is not innocent" as dozens of people marched through Peckham, stopping buses and cars on the main road.

George Floyd's death sparks #BlackLivesMatter protests across America
George Floyd's death sparks #BlackLivesMatter protests across America WorldViralMedia 11 Views • 6 years ago

You might have heard that there are big protests going on in America right now, and many have turned violent. They started after an unarmed black man arrested by police was killed. His name was George Floyd. A 46-year-old man who died while being restrained by a police officer.

The incident made a lot of people really angry. Many have accused police of treating black people unfairly compared to how they treat white people, something they say has been happening for a long, long time. Protests first began in the state of Minnesota, where George Floyd died, but they've now spread across the country including in New York City, LA and in Washington. While a lot of them started as peaceful, many have turned violent. Cars have been set on fire, shops looted and buildings vandalised.

While the Government says it understands people's frustration, they say violence is not the answer. The protests haven't stopped, and lots of people, including some powerful and well-known ones, say they want to see change.

KYLIE JENNER BILLIONAIRE BLUFF
Kylie Jenner isn't actually a billionaire, at least according to business magazine Forbes. Forbes called her the world's youngest billionaire in March of last year, thanks to her enormous cosmetic company. But now, Forbes says it was misled about how much her brand actually makes, and Kylie's not happy about it.

SPACEX DOCKS
In news that's well and truly out of this world, a SpaceX craft carrying two NASA astronauts has docked at the International Space Station. It's the first manned space flight from the US in nearly 10 years. The Crew Dragon capsule, carrying astronauts Bob Benkhen and Doug Hurley, finally blasted into space over the weekend, after the first launch was called off due to bad weather. Everything went swimmingly, the Falcon 9 rocket separated as planned, a few minutes into their trip, and the capsule carried on its 19 hour journey toward the international space station.

As is tradition, they gave the Crew Dragon a nickname: Endeavour. And to show off Endeavour's abilities, the capsule docked automatically to the international space station. We don't know how long they'll stay on board before returning home, but it could be as long as four months. SpaceX is hoping the Endeavour 's success is a sign of things to come, with more flights to and from the ISS set for later this year.

TAKING THE REIGNS
Getting off to a royally strong start, the Queen herself, on a horse. She's been living at Windsor Castle in lockdown with her husband, Prince Philip, but she's clearly happy to get back in the saddle. A lot more people will be, too. From today, horse racing will be the first major sport allowed again in the UK, after an 11-week shutdown.

THE EAGLE HAS LANDED
It's hard to imagine a more exciting ride than being on the back of a wedge-tailed eagle. Unfortunately, that means being a small, solar-powered GPS tracker. Scientists have attached the devices to study the birds' flight paths in Tasmania, with their locations updated every six seconds. One bird managed to travel nearly 250 kilometres around the state in eight hours.

CAMEL LONG FOR THE RIDE
The race to end all races: The Uluru Camel Cup. Where competitors can face off by throwing camel poo. And follow it up by climbing on a camel? For the first time, the Camel Cup was run without crowds because of COVID-19 restrictions. But the race was as tense as ever.

DEAR INSTAGRAM THOTS

DEAR INSTAGRAM THOTS

What are your thoughts? As much as I joke around, I also like to speak truth and shed light on issues I have with my own generation. Comment down below your thoughts.

Dont forget to like my videos to help me grow! And subscribe to never miss a video upload from me! Catch you next week peace.

Dear Instagram thots,

It has come to my attention that plenty of women are taking over the Instagram game. Every time I scroll through my Instagram feed, I constantly see a variety of beautiful, gorgeous women, posing for the camera, looking all cute and dolled up. And whenever I visit their page, 9 times out of 10, they have a huge following, with a bio stating they are a quote unquote Instagram model. Ahum. That’s cute. You know, I applaud all the women out there that are making money by simply taking pictures of themselves and posting it on the gram. Like I cant knock the hustle. Get your bag shawty. But here’s the thing. Ima let y’all have your shine but I have one thing to say... If you’re taking mirror selfies with your WHOLE TWO CHEEKS SLAPPING OUT OF YOUR SHORTS, THEN BITCH you are not an Instagram model. You are an Instagram thot. That’s it. End of discussion. You’re a thot. And I dare some chick to try denying it by saying, NAH its 2019, women are free to do whatever they want, SHUT YOUR ASS UP. Where is your father!? If you truly believe that, take a booty pic selfie in front of your parents and see how they react… Exactly. See that’s the issue though. Most people in this generation know our parents aren’t on social media. So they wanna be a thot online but act classy in real life. And you know what pisses me off more than these fake ass Instagram models? Girls that call themselves video vixens. LIKE what!? If you’re twerking all over the gram, throwing that ass in a circle, you are not a video vixen. You are indeed, a thot. Don’t don’t just come up with some cute word to make it sound less thotty. And all jokes aside, lets address the real issue here. The major issue is that these Instagram models are setting a bad example for the teenage girls growing up. I’m not about to throw out names, but there’s plenty of girls at age 15 that gained millions of Instagram followers for posing half naked. AGE 15 my guy. It’s crazy what this world has come to. Like I don’t even have to ask a girl for nudes anymore. All I have to do is go to her Instagram page and bam! So to all of my entitled millennials watching right now, I have a question for you: are we going to breed a generation of insecure women and men who don’t know how to treat a lady? Lets stop the madness. Comment hashtag stop Instagram Thoughts 2019 with your opinion down below. And Shoutout to the classy women with respect that are still out there. Hit my line. Peace
