<br>Soak the oxtails in salt water. Scrub them together and let them soak for 30 minutes then rinse them off thoroughly.

<br>Chop up 1 onion, 3 bell peppers(multi-colored) 1 tomato, scallions, and 2 stalks of celery into very small pieces.

<br>Place oxtails in a mixing bowl
<br>
<br>Add 2-3 tbs of browning & seasoning sauce, 2 tbs of Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbs of ketchup and 1 tbs of minced garlic

<br>Season with 2 tbs of seasoning salt, 1 tbs of ground Jamaican all spice, 1 tsp of garlic and onion powder, and 1 tsp of black pepper.
