Riot breaks out at Black Lives Matter protest on I-94

50 people were arrested and charged with 3rd degree rioting following a protest that shutdown I-94 in St. Paul, Minn. and injured 21 police officers. The demonstrators were protesting the fatal officer-involved shooting of Philando Castile on July 6.
