The federal prison system has been placed on a nationwide lockdown after two inmates were killed and two others were injured Monday during a gang altercation at a federal penitentiary in Texas.The incident happened around 11:30 a.m. Monday at USP Beaumont, a federal prison in Beaumont, Texas. The altercation involved members of the violent MS-13 street gang, two people familiar with the matter told The Associated Press. The people could not discuss an ongoing investigation and spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity.#prison

This is my very first 3D animated short film! I set a goal the Summer of 2018 to learn as much as I can about Maya (starting with no experience) and have a short film created before the end of the year. This is my creation!

I modeled all the objects and scenery, animated everything, created the Mic-Star logo texture, rendered the scenes, digitally produced the music, and completed all video editing.

⁣The three suspects charged in connection to the shooting death of a Greensboro officer appeared in court on Tuesday. There were dozens of people in the courtroom – seats were filled to the point that there was standing-room only. On Saturday, an off-duty Greensboro police officer, Sergeant Philip Dale Nix, was shot and killed at the Sheetz on Sandy Ridge Road. He was trying to stop the suspects from stealing beer, according to court documents.
