A man who returned from Italy this week and was lodged at the Army's quarantine facility in Manesar, Haryana has tested positive for the novel coronavirus disease, Army sources said on Friday. Officers were called just before 2 a.m. Saturday morning, and found a man, later identified as Marcus Jerome Reid, 38, lying in the road on 16th Street. Police say he died at the scene, and had been shot at least once.
